Lisa Gade reviews Apple's most affordable iPhone, the iPhone SE. The iOS phone has the internals of the current flagship iPhone 6s mated to the body of the iPhone 5. The phone sells for $399 for 16 gigs and $499 for the 64 gig model. It's available on all major carriers and Apple also sells it SIM unlocked. The phone runs iOS 9.3 on the 1.83 GHz Apple A9 CPU with 2 gigs of RAM. It has the same 12MP rear camera with f/2.2 lens and 4K video recording as the iPhone 6s. Like the iPhone 5, the iPhone SE has a 4” IPS Retina display that's 1136 x 640 for 326 PPI. It has LTE 4G, dual band WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC and a GPS.
The 3.99 ounce iPhone SE is available in space gray, silver, gold and rose gold. It has Siri, Apple Pay, Touch ID and a front 1.2MP FaceTime camera.
