LG V10 Review
Lisa Gade reviews the LG V10, LG’s flagship phablet released in late 2015. The V10 is a large phone with a durable and textured back. It has a 5.7” IPS QHD 2560 x 1440 display and a secondary 1024 x 160 display up top for notifications, status, app launching and calling favorite folks. The phone runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with LG’s UI on the 1.8 GHz 6-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 CPU with Adreno 418 graphics, 4 gigs of RAM and 64 gigs of internal storage. US carriers sell it for approx. $699.
As we’ve come to expect from LG, the V10 has a microSD card slot and a removable 3,000 mAh battery. It has dual band WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, NFC and 4G LTE. The rear 16MP camera with f/1.8 lens, OIS, laser auto-focus, 4K video recording and a two-tone flash is excellent. The smartphone has two 5MP front cameras: one for standard view and the other for wide angle photos and video.
